Browsing the calculator and guides on nursinghomeneglectcalc.com collects nothing beyond ordinary analytics and advertising cookies, described below — the calculator itself processes your harm type, medical cost, and statute inputs locally in your browser, and none of that is transmitted to our servers or to any third party.

If you submit the case-review form on the homepage, that is different: it collects your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, case details, and a timestamp of your consent. What happens with that information is described in detail below.

The case-review form

If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates nursinghomeneglectcalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.

By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.

If you are located in the EU or UK, the legal basis for collecting and sharing the information you enter in the case-review form is your consent, given by checking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the opt-out channels above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any contact or sharing that already occurred based on consent given before withdrawal.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. The case-review form requires you to confirm you are 18 or older.
